Appreciation Built In

The Mooney Rewards Programme was introduced to provide a formal structure for the appreciation we have always extended informally to clients who have engaged the organisation consistently over time. Rather than treating loyalty as an implicit expectation, we believe it merits explicit recognition and tangible benefit.

The programme operates on a straightforward premise: clients and their nominated team members accumulate points with each qualifying engagement. Points translate to priority access, service upgrades, and exclusive member experiences — all of which reflect the same values of quality and personal attention that define the core service.

Membership is available to individual clients and corporate account holders. Corporate accounts may nominate up to ten individual members per calendar year.

Membership Eligibility

  • Existing clients with a minimum of two completed engagements in the previous 24 months
  • Individual nominees of active corporate account holders
  • Invitees of current Platinum-tier members (subject to review)
  • Professional members of nominated industry associations
  • All applicants subject to standard identity verification

Programme Flow

How the Programme Works

Register

Complete the membership registration form with your personal and (where applicable) corporate account details. Applications are reviewed by our client relations team within three business days. Existing clients are granted expedited review.

Verify

Upon application approval, you will receive a verification communication to the registered email address. Account verification activates your member profile and enables points accumulation from your next qualifying engagement. Corporate accounts require additional confirmation from the designated account administrator.

Earn

Points are credited to your account following each qualifying catering engagement. Points accumulate based on engagement value and category. Milestone achievements unlock tier advancement, priority booking windows, and access to exclusive member experiences managed through the Mooney Digital Hospitality Solutions platform.
