What the App Enables

Reservation Management

Members can submit, review, and manage catering reservation requests directly through the application. Corporate account administrators have additional oversight tools enabling management of multiple nominated members' bookings within a single interface.

Loyalty & Points Tracking

Real-time points balance, transaction history, and tier status are visible at all times through the member dashboard. The platform provides transparency on point accumulation rates, upcoming tier milestones, and available redemption options.

Gamified Dining Engagement

During live events, the application activates interactive dining features — menu exploration, course-by-course provenance information, and engagement mechanics that reward attentive guest participation. These features are designed for senior corporate event contexts and reflect the premium nature of the Mooney brand.

Digital Event Access

Member QR codes enable contactless event check-in and access to member-exclusive areas or seating configurations at qualifying events. The access system integrates with our on-site event management workflow, eliminating paper-based processes for registered members.

Members receive early access to seasonal menu releases, exclusive culinary editorial content developed by David Mooney and his team, and advance notice of member-only events unavailable through any other channel.

Technical Overview

Platform Integration

The Mooney Digital Hospitality Solutions application is developed and maintained entirely by our in-house technology division, ensuring that data governance, privacy standards, and system performance remain under the direct oversight of the David Mooney Catering organisation.

The platform operates as a closed ecosystem — member data is not shared with third-party marketing services, nor is the platform available to organisations outside the David Mooney Catering group. Access is strictly limited to verified Rewards Programme members and their nominated corporate administrators.
